Choice by Blue Fox Mobile app Account Deletion
This page explains how users can request account deletion for the Choice by Blue Fox Mobile app and what data is deleted or retained.

This process applies to Blue Fox Health Pty Ltd and the Choice by Blue Fox Mobile app.
1. How to request account deletion
- In the app, sign in and go to Profile → Settings.
- In Delete Account, select a reason and confirm deletion.
- If you cannot access your account, submit a request at Contact Support or email support@bluefoxhealth.com.au.
2. What happens after request
- Account access is disabled immediately after confirmation.
- Eligible account data is scheduled for permanent deletion within 30 days.
3. Data deleted
We delete or de-identify personal account data that is no longer required for legal, safety, billing, dispute, or regulatory purposes. This includes account profile information and app usage data tied to your account where deletion is legally permitted.
4. Data retained
Some records may be retained where required by law, regulation, NDIS, safety, insurance, accounting, fraud prevention, or dispute-resolution obligations. These records are retained only for required compliance periods.
